Haghi Law's Story
The firm was started by Zubin Haghi, who has been practicing law for over 10 years. Mr. Haghi is experienced in real estate matters, business, and finance, as well as practicing law with a focus on foreclosures and real estate law. Mr. Haghi is also very proud to serve as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Township of Cedar Grove.

-Admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey since 2011
-Admitted to practice in U.S. District Court of New Jersey
Following law school, Mr. Haghi served as a Law clerk in the Essex County New Jersey Superior Court - Chancery Division, gaining vital experience on a variety of matters including foreclosures.
Mr. Haghi then went on to serve as an attorney representing some of the largest lenders in the country prior to shifting gears and now primarily represents homeowners and business owners.
Having seen every aspect of creditor-debtor disputes, including a tremendous number of foreclosures, Mr. Haghi understands the issues faced by homeowners and the paths to success. Helping homeowners and business owners overcome these obstacles and succeed is a source of great satisfaction to him.
